![]() If they succeed to take the bunker they will be directed to a another object like. The other teams objective is to overrun the bunkar and take control. Limited tactical depth(get kills, win) they should add some kind of "Operation" game mode were one team is gone protect a bunker. If you what to respawn at a garrison only 50-150 meters away from the frontline/object you should need to wait 1-2 minutes, because its so close to the enemy and the main objective. ![]() So, you think "fast respawns" is a problem or something they should look in to? Respawns should be tweaked, this is just a give example. I think in this example they should get consequence(s) by not doing anything. So if the player spawns and just running around doing stuff that you can do in any other game, he/she is not doing anything for the squad or the hole team. We say that you just spawn at garrison/outpost you get shoot by a sniper you should not get any consequence for you death. But if they have been alive captured and killing enemies they should not get a consequence for their death. They should be given some kind of punishment(s). You mention "No consequences for death" that is something i believe can be modified, so if the player chooses to "redeploy" from the ESC menu. ![]() Also would love to have weapon bracing on environment like in RO2.īut in the grand scheme, the game looks, plays and sounds great and is good fun to play and my personal preference of RO2 gunplay is just a small cog in the overall machine that already works really well. This change alone would mostly reign in the automatic weapons (and M1 Garand) a little, while leaving bolt actions mostly unaffected.Ĭouple of other gunplay mechanics I would love to see from Red Orchestra 2 are that when firing from the hip, the weapon isn't always pointing at the exact middle of your screen, but instead moves a little independently from the camera. Having certain amount of magazines on your soldier instead of ammo pool with no worry when to reload your weapon. I like the gunplay itself, but in my opinion the game would benefit from saving the state of your magazines. In the gameplay flow and map design it feels like spiritual successor to Red Orchestra 2. The maps look and play really well, and the game hits very good balance between strategic open map gameplay, pacing and funneling the players to the objective and combined arms gameplay. Garrison zerging is boring and not tactical Leading to people not waiting for medics unless theyre far away from op's or garries on. Not to mention how literally committing suicide to respawn is the meta, instead of getting a transport or something else to pick you up. Manpower isnt crucial and certainly not enough for anyone to give a shit about losing a tiny amount of it per death instead of waiting for a medic 50 meters away when you could just respawn with a free set of gear. In squad you have an invisible health bar that can only be refilled by medics past a certain point, you need to rely on medics to keep you from being one shotted by everything. In HLL you bandage instead of regenete teammates health which is bad because you arent needed for that to be done since everyone gets bandages and can do it themselves, in hll medics only unique ability is reviving which doesnt have a lot value outside specific situations because dying and respawning has no downside. The manpower/medic design is god awfull compared to squads ticket/medic system. Looking forward to your responses!Įvery match plays out much the same because the meta is stale and doesnt offer much in terms of options. So, let's hear it! What do you think Hell Let Loose did right, and where do you think they could have improved? Let's have an open and honest discussion about this fantastic game. In your opinion, what did Hell Let Loose do right and what did it do wrong? Some specific aspects that could be considered include the game's graphics, sound design, gameplay mechanics, matchmaking system, and more. With that in mind, I wanted to hear from the community about your own experiences with the game. While some praise the game for its realistic and immersive battlefield environment, others have criticized it for its numerous technical issues and poor optimization. I have noticed that the game has received mixed reviews from players and critics alike. I am a fan of Hell Let Loose and I have been playing this game for a while now.
